When YEI Finance first approached us, they had a powerful DeFi concept but no clear brand direction or interface system. As a lending protocol built on Sei Network, their product involved complex mechanisms such as leveraged staking, flash loans, and E-Mode. However, these terms were too abstract for everyday investors. The challenge was to transform technical depth into a brand and interface that felt credible, approachable, and visually distinct.

Solution
We started from a zero-to-one process — defining YEI’s tone, brand system, and MVP website structure. - Clear messaging: The homepage opens with “Yei – Lending Protocol on Sei. Optimize your investments across our platform.” to instantly position the product’s value. - Educational storytelling: We restructured the content into three approachable use cases — Leveraged Staking, Access Liquidity, and Capital Efficiency — supported by brief explanations and visuals. - Feature highlights: Key differentiators such as Wide Asset Coverage, Best Liquidity, Flash Loans, and E-Mode were visually modularized for scannability and rhythm. - Future-ready layout: We designed placeholders for Investors and Partners sections to support ecosystem growth. - Community-driven footer: Integrated Blog, Twitter, Discord, and GitHub to strengthen user trust and engagement.
