3EX had a strong technical foundation, but its outdated branding and UI failed to resonate with global users—especially in Western markets. The product lacked a cohesive visual identity and modern UX flow, limiting its potential despite solid backend infrastructure.
Solution
We led a full rebrand of 3EX into OEX, introducing a bold new logo, dark-mode UI, and visual direction inspired by leading U.S. fintech products. The redesigned platform featured a simplified trading dashboard, improved onboarding flow, and responsive layouts—designed to feel global, fast, and intuitive.
