Problem
In the competitive landscape of cryptocurrency wallets, engaging users and encouraging regular interaction can be challenging. Traditional interfaces may lack personality, leading to a less memorable user experience.
Solution
To address this, we collaborated with Wello to design a series of mascots centered around a pearl oyster character, bringing a friendly and approachable face to their Telegram bot. This included creating Lottie animations to add dynamic interactions, making the bot more engaging and enhancing the overall user experience.
